About Me.
Hello! I’m Stephen Schrack, a passionate educator and coach whose journey into teaching began with long-term substitute and student teaching assignments at Pennsbury High School—where I taught U.S. Government, Economics, and World History—and later at Morrisville Middle/Senior High School, focusing on U.S. History and Western Geography.
Leveraging a successful 30-year career in business leadership, I now serve as a Business teacher at Council Rock North High School. In this role, I bring practical, real-world insights into the classroom, incorporating interactive technology and experiential learning to foster critical thinking and student engagement.
Currently, I am pursuing a Master’s degree in Secondary Education from Albright College, with plans to receive my teaching certification in December 2024. My approach to teaching is grounded in integrating technology, fostering critical thinking, and making real-world connections that resonate with students.
In addition to my role in education, I am the Head Coach for the Freshman Soccer team and Assistant Coach for Winter and Spring Track at George School. Coaching has always been a cornerstone of my commitment to youth development, and I bring the same energy and dedication to the classroom.

My educational experience included in-depth exploration of technology integration in education, advanced understanding of human development theories and their application in teaching, knowledge of legal issues affecting schools, and expertise in designing effective lesson plans and curriculum. Throughout my studies, I have maintained a 4.0 GPA.

Completion of my Master's degree in Business with a focus on Management and Leadership. The program covered a range of topics including Business Technology, Human Resource Management, Diversity and Inclusivity, Strategic Management, Business Law, and People Development. My educational experience included studying technology's role in business, strategies for managing diverse teams, legal considerations in business operations, and methods for developing and leading effective teams.

I completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a focus on Business Management. The program emphasized accounting, critical thinking, decision-making, finance, business law, management, marketing, organizational behavior, research and evaluation, and technology. It emphasized managing human and fiscal resources within different organizations.
I also completed a second Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. The program integrated topics such as global marketing, product pricing, and buyer behavior, and provided opportunities to develop oral and written communication skills and research abilities.
